Returns are allowed ONLY if the item is NOT as described or pictured AND the request is made within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise.  No Shipping or Handling fees will be refunded unless there is an error in the listing, and a 10% restocking fee will be charged.  If the item has additional stains or odors that were not present when we shipped it to you, there will be an additional $125 laundering fee.
